I work with leaders who are willing to stretch themselves and venture beyond known territory. In today’s world, this is necessary for success. It involves quite a bit of undoing “tried and true” strategies, processes and practices to make way for new ones. The people and organizations I work with are scaling up for growth, which usually involves experiencing challenges and constraints that differ from the familiar. They seek guidance as they confront the complexities involved in moving from one level to the next.
