An organization’s vitality requires that its leaders notice and build the rhythms that generate forward momentum. I serve as a catalyst to help leaders discover what generates this positive momentum.

Together, we can create cultures that foster thriving, prospering organizations.

Who I Serve.

I work with leaders who are willing to stretch themselves and venture beyond known territory.  In today’s world, this is necessary for success. It involves quite a bit of undoing “tried and true” strategies, processes and practices to make way for new ones. The people and organizations I work with are scaling up for growth, which usually involves experiencing challenges and constraints that differ from the familiar. They seek guidance as they confront the complexities involved in moving from one level to the next.

This is difficult. Transformation often is.

What I Do.

The New Views Story.

Twenty some years ago, Bob Samuels and I met in a two-year, intensive program designed for experienced coaches who were interested in guiding executives to new levels of performance through “inside-out” practices. The core requirement was doing the work ourselves. Challenging and exhilarating, this process led to a metamorphosis and we emerged with a new view of ourselves and our work.

This was the genesis of New Views for Leadership. Bob and I have worked with over 100 leaders, ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to entrepreneurial enterprises. Occasionally, we take on projects jointly. It’s a terrific experience for us both.

In 2021, Bob reduced his client load, freeing up time to find more new horizons. I continue the pursuit of our mission, adding to it a passion for helping organizations committed to developing inclusive cultures and those seeking innovative ways to protect our planet.

About Dixie.

Throughout my career, I’ve served as a catalyst for the development of people and organizations. Having led a small business through a turn-around situation, I understand well the responsibility on the shoulders of CEOs. I have a natural affinity for partnering with leaders who work to successfully fulfill their mission, build value, and contribute to the greater good.

For 25+ years, I've served as leadership coach, team and organizational development specialist, chairwoman of CEO peer groups and advisory boards, and facilitator of programs for those executives wondering what their next step might be.

I’ve found much joy in these endeavors; I’m most grateful. The journey of seeking new views and seeing with fresh eyes continues.

“Many coaches with 25 years of experience would not hire their own coach. Dixie Samuels is an exception. During the pandemic, Dixie reached out to me as she was interested in her own further growth. And so, during 2021, I’ve had the joy of working her. I’ve consistently been impressed by how deeply Dixie cares about her clients. With genuine concern and diligence, she provides them with a top-notch service in all areas of individual and organizational development. On top of all that, what makes her rare and exceptional is that Dixie has years of experience working with CEO’s, executive teams and managers through major periods of transition. She has an open-minded outlook which enables her truly honor those who come into contact with her professionally and personally. Ultimately, her biggest gift is her willingness to roll up her sleeves and do her own inner work; this provides for her a great capacity to consciously relate to self and others with the power of integrity and vulnerability. If you have the chance to work with Dixie, please do so promptly and without hesitation!”
